Relax RT-PCR rule or extend testing period: IOA to Olympic Organising Committee

The new set of Covid-19 containment rules put in place by the Tokyo Games Organising Committee (OC) for 11 participating nations, including India, has not only disturbed the travelling plans of the Indian contingent arriving in the Japanese capital but has also badly affected the training programme of athletes before their competition begins at the Games.
